These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stay Calendar ("the Service"), a short-term-rental calendar and housekeeper-coordination application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Stay Calendar lets short-term-rental operators connect booking feeds (such as OwnerRez iCal feeds), view availability, and share view-only calendars with housekeepers, optionally including SMS booking alerts. The Service displays data from feeds you connect; we do not control or guarantee the accuracy of that third-party data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
SMS alerts are optional and strictly opt-in. Text messages are sent only to recipients who have personally provided consent through the Service. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone whose number is used has genuinely consented to receive messages. Misuse of the SMS feature may result in suspension of the feature or your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at signup. A free trial may be offered; unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription begins at the applicable rate. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Service integrates with third parties including OwnerRez, Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Netlify, and Resend. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the availability or accuracy of feeds you connect.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Booking data is synced periodically and may not reflect real-time changes; do not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth for critical scheduling decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Calendar and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
