Properties

Switch between listings, add a feed, or remove one.
This calendar is managed by the owner. You can view every property, but adding and removing listings is turned off.
Add a property
Calendar feeds (iCal)
Add one link per platform — Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc. Find each under that platform's calendar / iCal export (sync) settings.
Housekeeper links & text alerts
Each property can have its own housekeepers. Add a view-only link per person, and optionally a mobile number to text them when a new booking comes in. Links are revocable any time.
Combined link (several or all properties)
One link showing several properties merged into a single calendar — handy for a housekeeper or co-host who covers more than one place.
Text alerts are turned on by the housekeeper themselves: share this link, and they opt in on their own page. This keeps texting compliant.
